Our stacking plan established three distinct zones: ‘Open Workplace & Casual Meetings Zone’ with no enclosed offices to reflect AXA’s forward-thinking culture. The ‘Formal Meetings & Recruitment Zone’ was designed to host job candidates, and communicated AXA’s differentiation as a state-of-the-art employer that valued well-being. ‘Chill Zone’, a multi-purpose, laid-back social hub was designed for AXA staff to let their hair down, and sub-zoned for brainstorming, discussions and leisure activities.
