Our analysis of the client’s organisational structure and the floorplate geometry resulted in shared amenities planned on each floor that would support a wide spectrum of day-to-day work needs – from solo tasks and quiet concentration, to collaboration, new product ideation and videoconferencing. Exploiting the circular floorplate, we created ‘radial bands’ of work zones overlaid with ‘concentric rings’ of support features. This diagram established a great deal of flexibility for the business to grow and morph as the company’s needs evolved over time.
