In 2019-20, Hang Seng Bank engaged One Space to create Concept Designs for every one of the Bank’s retail segmentations – from General Banking through to Private Banking – within their Headquarters Tower in Hong Kong’s Central District. Of these, three segmentations were fully delivered and are now operating, each occupying one entire floor.

At Hang Seng Headquarters’ all-new Business Banking Centre, our design aims to create a new customer engagement model to provide a unique, behaviour-led, banking experience.

Located on the 6/F of Hang Seng’s headquarters building, the 7,000 sf Centre, our design offers customers an open and relaxing banking environment that situates a Digital Bar for easy access to the Bank’s wide array of online services.

With a maritime theme inspired by Hong Kong’s status as a key international port, Hang Seng’s all-new Business Banking Centre is design to instill a cordial and hospitable ambience to welcome customers from start-ups to established businesses to navigate their banking services at their comfort and for the relationship managers to discuss the growing ocean of new opportunities.

At the center stage, an ‘immersive TV’ exhibit that charts Hong Kong’s development from a fishing port to a leading global commercial centre, and the content showcase Hang Seng’s role as a trusted partner of the local businesses that have driven Hong Kong’s growth and success.
