First, One Space brought them together on one large floorplate, a ‘square doughnut’ with lift lobby access on the side to give guests panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. A singular, large-scale multi-purpose ‘living room’ at the crossroads of the premises was created to allow for more interaction between guests and staff. ‘Neighbourhoods’ of between 20 and 40 workstations were developed, along with breakout spaces, brainstorm areas and a secondary wet pantry to promote socialisation. With an open office concept, Focus Rooms and shielded settings were incorporated for private meetings when needed.
