A New Digital Retail Transformation

Working with Hang Seng Bank, we launched its first “Go Digital!” ABC centre, a revamp to one of many MTR ‘family’ of touchpoints. Our design idea is to create recognisable, highly-visible, brand-reinforcing, digital-future-look with a kit-of-parts approach. The predominant colours are simple and bold – Hang Seng primary green & luminous white. Digital displays are treated as device to ‘attract and attach’ customers amongst the busy visual cluster of the MTR concourse.


The digital display content is animated and seamlessly integrated into the OLED transparent display to see beyond the ‘site-less’ space. An ultra-wide digital banner that redefines traditional, static signage & marketing. The ATM centre features dynamic colour tunable lights which are treated as an architectural surface of each customer touchpoint, reinforcing their participation in generating a state-of-the-art banking experience.
