One Space has a longstanding relationship with Senrigan Capital since its inception at Wheelock House in Central. When the client approached us again in 2012 to assist them in an exciting step change, we were tasked with creating the perfect environment to establish and grow their new enterprise situated at LHT Tower on Queen’s Road Central.

The resulting collaboration produced a modest, yet striking interior that described well a prudently managed fund making its ascent against a challenging economic climate. The owner’s carefully selected original artworks were closely integrated into the architecture, with a large 3D piece by Patrick Hughes as centrepiece. Our design won RFP’s ‘Outstanding Office Space in Asia Awards’ in the ‘Best Office Design under 1,000 square meters’ category.
