With the success of China Everbright Bank project, One Space was commissioned to design the one-of-the-kind wealth management centre and will be their first establishment in Hong Kong for its private banking customers. The strategic vision for the bank is to redefine the traditional, ornate style expression and to develop the harmonious balance between modern, contemporary appeal with its international influences to reinforce the bank’s global reach to its high-net worth customers.

The approximately 9,500 sq ft floor space is divided into client activity zone, meeting suites and multi-purpose salon. The environment is bespoke at every aspect to provide the sense of tailored touch for its HNW to experience a sensational privileged arrival to this floor. From the lush, embroidered leather wall paneling depicting the silhouettes of moving willow leaves, the use of brass delicately inserted on the refined metal works and to the tailored marble floor pattern. The entire space is flourished with spots of fine arts and collectibles to enrich the HNW lifestyle.

The multi-functional salon is an event space connected with a full F&B services and a unique tea ceremony area. The space is integrated with the state-of the-art technology including an immersive video wall to digitally infused the private banking experience.
