Bank of Communications Hong Kong engaged One Space to design and project manage a new retail banking concept at its Wanchai branch. The aim was to help rejuvenate their retail banking offering through a wholly new customer experience.
The success of this concept branch prototype led Bank of Communications to engage One Space on two back-to-back 2-year term contracts covering all of its branches across Hong Kong. Our service includes design consultancy and project management services.
The new retail branch concept signals a new era for Bank of Communications, as it launches a series of local brand activations across Hong Kong.
One Space developed not only a refreshed brand identity, but also a revitalised customer service model that brings together staff and customers in a more open, friendly and accessible manner. The reimagined customer experience gives Bank of Communication clients more choices in the way they approach the Bank’s services.
Bank of Communications’ collaboration with One Space has rolled out some 14 branches & sub-branches in Hong Kong using the Wanchai concept branch as a prototype, whilst value engineering each project as economy-of-scale permits.
