Following the completion of three other projects for this exceptional client in Hong Kong and Shanghai, One Space were commissioned alongside Merx, Design Stories and S&techs to deliver two further projects in Singapore.

The Brief was to design a multi-zone interior that is themed similarly to its predecessors. The homey and hospitable look-&-feel exudes an atmosphere as distant from a “corporate interior” as imaginable. With the principle of authenticity firmly at the heart of the creative process, every material, finish, furniture piece and fitting was handpicked and procured from its original, each one chosen for its own ‘story-line’ or ‘lineage’. Architectural relics and accessories were sourced from all across SE Asia, adding local flair; and the timber flooring is comprised of genuine, reclaimed floors taken from the disused War Offices in London’s Whitehall to reinforce the marriage of U.K. pedigree with Singaporean lore.
