The goal was to build a unified, fluid, interconnected community of partners, fostering greater cross-business collaboration. We began by facilitating a series of Envisioning Workshops designed to elicit multiple dimensions of the internal stakeholder experience. The outcome was an Aspirational Brief from which the designers then developed planning strategies and design expression.

The 28,000 sqft office spans two floors, so we needed to create desirable destinations on each floor to encourage mobility. Three distinct work zones emerged that, taken together, would help interconnect and empower teams and people: Workplace. Town Square. R&D Labs.
