[Hong Kong – 20^th June 2024] Today, One Space announced its milestone appointment of Pamela Hinton as Studio Director, to lead the award-winning commercial interior design firm’s Hong Kong office. Joining One Space from previous leadership roles in global design firms and most recently fronting a renowned sustainable workplace solutions company, Hinton brings over two decades of experience in the built environment across various regions and business sectors, alongside her expertise in workplace strategy and environmental sustainability, to the Hong Kong-headquartered design studio.

Earlier this year, S&techs, the region’s leading main contractor, acquired a majority stake in One Space to bolster its commercial architecture and interior design offerings. Hinton’s appointment underscores the commitment of both S&techs and One Space to delivering best-in-class design solutions for their regional clientele. She will report to Greg Pearce, One Space’s co-founder, who is also the Hong Kong design studio’s Managing Director and S&techs’ Principal in Singapore.

In a second significant announcement, S&techs and One Space have appointed Nicole Chan Barlow as the new joint Business Development Director for Hong Kong. With extensive experience in business development and sales & marketing at global organisations in America and across Asia Pacific, Barlow brings over two decades of client relationship management expertise in architecture and interior design, hospitality, workplace technology, and commercial real estate to her new role. She will report to Greg Pearce and Mike Kavanagh, COO of S&techs and Director of One Space, for her Hong Kong-focused responsibilities.

Alongside Barlow’s new role, Kamlesh Malkani has taken on the position of Regional Business Development Director at S&techs.  Malkani, widely regarded as a veteran in workplace solutions and commercial real estate sectors, will spearhead S&techs’ drive in its regional expansion, growing the company’s cross-market global client network, and reinforce S&techs’ focus on building long-term client and vendor partnerships. He will report directly to Mike Kavanagh.
