One Space was thrilled to take on a bank’s unique challenges to develop design strategies and co-create a series of on-site experiments to power up spaces for the future of #hybridwork. What an achievement by CRESA and the workplace experience team in #Singapore!

We helped to redefine the Joyspace programme by how what started as an experiment turned into a redesign of its office into activity-based workspaces. The key is offering employees flexibility and choice, and empowering them to choose where to work from to suit the task at hand, at any point of the day.
