We delivered the project in two smooth phases and created a new Swire Beverages home that did not follow the ‘old model’ of a corporate office. The design fostered a greater sense of pride in being part of this highly regarded brand.

Functionality, rather than old-fashioned notions of entitlement, shifted the firm’s culture positively, and supported the spectrum of professional activities in this activity-based workplace design, helping improve productivity, sense of belonging and staff morale.
