Greg co-founded One Space with technology entrepreneur James Oliver in 2004. It was the region’s first interdisciplinary design firm providing fully-integrated architecture and technology design solutions for commercial spaces. In 2024, One Space was majority-acquired by S&techs, where Greg now leads the newly formed Design Unit in Singapore as Principal. He also retains his role as Managing Director of One Space in Hong Kong, enhancing S&techs’ design offerings.

Throughout his career, Greg has designed numerous high-profile projects globally, including the Hong Kong Station as Principal Architect. He was also a Co-Founder and Director of Hong Kong University’s MIDM Programme, Asia’s first master’s degree in interdisciplinary creativity. Greg applies a rigorous design methodology to interior projects, reflecting his advocacy for interdisciplinary collaboration honed through urban-scaled infrastructure projects.

Mike is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with several decades of experience in the construction industry. He is the Chief Operating Officer of S&techs as well as a Director and Co-owner of One Space Ltd, following S&techs’ acquisition of a majority stake in the design firm in 2024.

Prior to joining S&techs, Mike held various leadership positions with Structure Tone, a US-headquartered construction company, in the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific Region. Structure Tone remains to this day a valued industry partner.

A hands-on professional, Mike is a dedicated advocate for quality, safety and reliability in all of our work, as our projects move from the drawing board to the construction site and on to performance-in-use. His experience working with diverse multi-national corporations across the globe enables him to understand our clients’ unique requirements, empowering our design-&-build team to deliver faithfully on our promises year-after-year.

A registered architect in Japan specialising in architecture and interiors, Nobuo Shigemitsu is the CEO of S&techs Group of Companies, overseeing its diverse range of activities across the Asia-Pacific region. He is also a Director and Co-owner of One Space Ltd, following S&techs’ acquisition of a majority stake in the design firm in 2024.

Following a successful career with Shimizu in Hong Kong, Nobuo established S&techs in 2000 in Hong Kong, providing Construction Management and Construction Services to its multinational clients from numerous sectors. The company has since grown to nine offices across Asia employing over 300 professionals.

Prior to founding S&techs, Nobuo had already earned decades of valuable industry experience, including 15 years managing a full-service construction company that operated throughout the region, and 25 years managing divisions of construction firms.

Pamela Hinton is the Hong Kong-based Studio Director at One Space. With a rich, multi-sector career spanning over two decades, Pamela has contributed to and led complex, large-scale projects across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

She has extensive experience in workplace, hospitality, healthcare, residential and education design. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable design practices and is dedicated to promoting environmentally responsible approaches within the industry.

Pamela’s nuanced, highly consultative approach to projects leverages her experience in workplace strategy, sustainability, human-centric design and technology. Her ability to understand and interpret client needs, coupled with her creative vision and meticulous approach to project execution, has been instrumental in delivering projects that are both visually stunning, innovative and highly functional.

Jan joined One Space in 2007, making him one of our longest-standing teammates. He leads a Design Team responsible for numerous large-scale and complex projects for both our regional and multinational clients. Since earning his first higher diploma in Interior Design in 2005, followed by a BA in 2007, Jan has led and designed more than 50 corporate, education, financial services and retail projects. His direct leadership in the brief assessment, space planning and design development stages is instrumental to the success of many One Space projects.

Jan’s extensive knowledge and experience in the industry provide invaluable foresight into how our projects can best evolve from concept stage to a well-crafted product. He is a committed team player, flexible and organised, with an unwavering focus on reliable project delivery. Some notable clients include HSBC, KPMG, Chinese International School, Manulife and Arcadis.

With extensive experience in business development and sales & marketing at global organisations in America and Asia Pacific, Nicole brings over two decades of expertise in architecture, interior design, hospitality, workplace technology, and commercial real estate to One Space and S&techs. Empowered by her role as an advisor in a global technology consultancy, Nicole has developed a client relationship management style that is value-added, solution-oriented, perceptive, and collaborative.
