When designing the office, One Space’s main focus areas, in terms of design and planning, included the efficient use of space and consumption of resources. Opting for open-plan workstations in the main floor area and a touchdown zone allowed for more open communication between teams. Supporting an open culture, a social hub with food and drink was built to act as the epicenter of the entire composition. To allow for more flexibility, two external meeting rooms could be combined into one larger boardroom for events. The deliberate shift towards fresh, invigorating modern tones was also evident in the back office for a more engaging work place setting.
