When Futbol Club Barcelona approached One Space to design a state-of-the-art sponsorship and entertainment suite along with an open, creative workplace in the Central District, the challenge was to create a truly immersive client experience that would recall this famous brand’s legacy, within a relatively constrained footprint.

Adopting a theatrical approach commonly used in theme park indoor attractions, we devised a ‘sleight-of-hand’ solution that relied on audiovisual, room control and lighting technologies to create a tightly choreographed sequence of scenes, which shift and change whilst the visitor is touring the suite. The result is a captivating, multi-sensory tour of the Club and the stadium set within a modestly sized office floor.
