With Factset relocating to the Central District, One Space worked to develop a ‘step change’ in their Hong Kong agile work environment. Due to growing market visibility in Asia and an increase in floor space, One Space assisted Factset in adopting an Activity Based Work (ABW) model, enabling employees to choose from a collection of work styles and settings.

Our robust space planning strategy provided agility for future growth and potential evolution by creating alternative workpoints and ‘shielded’ meeting settings around the open floor plan. Work settings were tailored to meet the various business groups’ differing requirements, whilst retaining sufficient commonality to be readily adapted into new configurations. Importantly, regulatory controlled zones and anchored staff amenities counterpoint the flexible open planning.
