Upon its relocation from IFC2 to The Center, global financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald requested One Space to deliver a trading floor design that would support a robust working environment for its agile employees. We worked closely with the client to develop a “step change” in their Hong Kong trading floor environment.
With a markedly increased market visibility in Asia, and with a considerable increase in floor space, Cantor Fitzgerald took this opportunity to develop a strong visual identity underpinned by a robust space planning strategy accommodating growth and change.
Workplace functionality was tailored to meet the differing business group requirements, whilst regulatory controls and staff amenities counterpoint the flexible open planning. Upon completion:
