The redesign afforded a unique opportunity to create a wholly new customer experience for Manulife’s esteemed, privileged clients. Client’s project objectives are to develop a brand new, progressive image that redefines the business, differentiated from the existing environment, invoking a sense of prestige and comfort well-suited to their valuable market segment.
New concept is designed to support a new, agile workplace culture and to broaden the collaboration amongst agents. Unconventional configuration and unique arrangements of the enclosed rooms with a banquet soft seating stimulate a more customer-friendly engagement model. The variety use of seated style furnishings from open plan work settings to semi-open shielded space help foster and encourage behaviors to engage and interact with customers in a more informal way.
