Wealth Management Centre
This is the first street-level Wealth Management Centre launched under our new branch concept programme for Bank of China.
The re-branded, self-illuminated street frontage is filled with design and technical innovations, creating an instantly recognisable street presence reinterpreting the bank’s red and white brand colours.
The interior is bright, modern and uncluttered, complemented by warm leather and vibrant fabrics and finishes. Pure white polished floors and state-of-the-art, eco-friendly LED lighting help reduce the carbon footprint whilst creating a pleasant, relaxing and hospitable interior.
Re-conceptualised Customer Engagement Rooms bring together Relationship Managers and their customers in a relaxed setting to encourage open dialogue and foster trust. The rooms’ lighting is indirect, softened and more intimate than normally found in banks.
The Cash Counters design encourages a more cordial relationship with customers, facilitating appropriate eye contact and enhanced security. The 24-Hour Banking Centre is co-joined during branch operating hours, but can be accessed independently after hours.
Throughout the branch, the BOC corporate colours have been enlivened with a splash of aqua blue, a significant visual identity enhancement.
